Orders $75.00 and over (not including shipping) will receive free shipping. Free shipping is available for REGULARLY PRICED and SELECT SALE items only. No items catagorized as CLOSEOUT or in our CLOSEOUT section will receive free shipping. Free shipping items will ship FedEx ground, FedEx home delivery or USPS Priority to any physical address in the continental U.S. Sur Charges may apply to some locations in Hawaii and Alaska and will be disclosed at checkout. Shipping charges will apply on all orders under $75.00. Oversized items may also incur an additional charge which will be disclosed at checkout. You should receive your order in 7 to 10 days. Contact us if you do not receive your order within that time frame. The U.S. Postal Service may deliver to an A.P.O. address at an additional charge to be determined at checkout or by calling us.
You can choose expedited shipping (FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2day) and those fees will be applied and disclosed in the “View Shopping Cart” screen.
For a basic return (non-warranty) the customer is responsible for cost of shipping the product back to us. Returns with proof of purchase will be credited to the credit card used for purchase or put into store credit. Sale merchandise may be returned for store credit only. No returns on used merchandise. Please include original packaging, tags and warranty info. Returned swimwear must be new, unworn with tags attached and include protective shield on the swim bottoms.

Warranty covers damage or wear deemed due to a manufacture’s defect. For warranty assistance please call us at (530) 243-2323 or email at email@example.com us to receive an RA number and directions on returning the item to us. Please do not send your product to us without an RA number. Warranties are provided by the brand manufacturer. If your item has a defect attributed to the manufacturer and not caused by you and it is within the company’s warranty period the item will be repaired, replaced or you will be given a credit. Skateboards are not warranteed against breakage.
